You can get the fresh ginger from any grocery store.

In the market ginger powder also comes in with added flavors and artificial sweeteners try to avoid that.

Make a ginger tea each day for yourself.  

It is really simple to make ginger water for yourself.

  1. Take a fresh beige-colored ginger root from the grocery store. Wash it off properly when you are using it.

2. Don’t peel the ginger when you are using it in making tea or water. Peel when you are eating me.

3. Boil the water in a pan for few minutes then Put at least 1 grams ginger in the boiling water.

4. Remove the water from the heat flame the let the ginger steep in the water for 10 minutes.

Now strain the ginger pieces from the water and discard the ginger.

Now you can add honey and lemon to ginger water.

What amount of ginger you should take?

It is recommended by the doctor that 3-4 grams of ginger is good to take per day.

Pregnant ladies should not take more than 1 gram of ginger powder. Children under the age of 20 years should not be given ginger water.

Ginger nutrients get concentrated when ginger is used to make tea, so less raw ginger should be taken while making tea.

One can take that much amount of ginger powder or ginger, one can tolerate it’s easily.

Few risks of consuming Ginger water

When we take supplements or do any herbal remedy, it is always a risk that it can interact with other medications. As such there are no hard risks of ginger powder or raw ginger.

Some risks of having ginger can be heartburn, gas, stomach ache, and burning in the mouth.

Don’t take more than 4 grams of ginger on any day. Diabetic patients and people with heart conditions and gall stones should talk to the doctor before taking it.
