The saliva production goes on decreasing as age increases.

You must be recommended to keep drinking water daily to prevent the problem., but one must talk to the doctor, when it feels like a dry mouth, taking more water may not help.

Hydration of the body is important because it balances body temperature.

Body loose water as sweat during physical activity and in hot environments as well.

Ideally, it is proposed that men consume about 3 liters of water from the beverages and women have 2.12 liters from the beverages.

Ways to analyze the hydration in your body is from the thirst and also the color of urine. Urine dark color is that which can tell dehydration.

So, better to increase your water intake in a day to maintain healthy lifestyle.
